About Charlie the Counsellor [she/her]

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling, with a specialisation in Mental Health Counselling. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional [CCTP], a Certified Specialist in Anger Management [CSAM], an ACT-Trained Clinician, and a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association.


I believe in the therapeutic effects of person-centred counselling and focus on creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.


Outside of being a counsellor, I enjoy reading thriller novels, watching movies, and listening to retro radio drama.
